They often have a mid-week happy hour that runs M-Th all the way from 11am-11pm, $3 wine, beer, I think maybe even well drinks. They seem to change out the machines pretty frequently though, so if you find a favorite, it may be gone the next time you go. Regarding gambling - the casino is lovely, and there are lots of machines, a great center bar with video poker, a real good variety. ![]() But they have always treated us well as far as comps go, the best of any Indian casinos we've been to, mostly in Northern California. We have had many different rooms/suites, have eaten in all the restaurants, and have played in the casino many, many times. Today that translates to the community support we provide from employment opportunities and economic impact to charitable donations. We have always enjoyed coming to Chukchansi, both before the crazy shutdown (Google it) and after. Our Tribe has always helped each other in hard times, and presented gifts to honor a significant event. One celebration of our culture is Pow Wow, held each October, where we honor our rich heritage through traditional prayer, dance, song, and food. Throughout the years, we’ve continually focused on sustaining our culture and identity. The Chukchansi people were an original inhabitant of California. I’m privileged by the opportunity to listen to and work for the people, provide leadership, expand our economic development and employment opportunities, and teach Chukchansi cultural ways with our Tribal community. As Tribal Chairwoman, I’m honored to help improve lives in our Tribal nation as a local and national advocate. ![]()
